Application Tips

1. Remove eye makeup. Wet face and Skinvigorate™ Cleansing Brush.
2. Apply your favorite Mary Kay® cleanser to your face.
3. Select your spin speed.
4. Cleanse and massage skin up to twice daily. Spend 15 seconds on each cheek, 15 seconds on the nose and chin combined, and 15 seconds on the forehead.
5. Rinse your face and brush head with warm, soapy water.
6. Apply your next skin care step.

先說說這個刷子，有臉部和身體的刷頭。
我自己都比較常在用臉部刷頭。
身體的，自己基本上是刷不到背。（誤）

粉色是臉部使用，白色刷頭是身體的!

而操作蠻簡單，是用AA電池。
有個開關button，還有一個button是調節速度。

有兩個速度。快和較快。據說，較快是適用於鼻頭區域或者T部位。
而它沒有clarisonic那麼advanced會響一下讓你知道要換部位。
一切都是自己算時間。自己喜歡洗多久就洗多久。（嘻嘻）
本人黑頭多，我都會在鼻子花比較多幾秒。

Overall來說，我都是隨意搭配不一樣的洗臉霜使用。
適用於foaming cleanser，gel type cleanser比較不怎麼喜歡。（個人喜好）

一開始使用時，因為我的臉蠻敏感，所以會用到有點小痛。或許我太用力，刷太久。
後來，我都是晚上才使用。卸完妝，會用洗臉機深層清潔一次。
一天只用一次。我覺得這樣剛剛好。（雖然朋友是建議早晚都可使用，但也得看看自己的臉/肌膚可不可以承受）切記！！要視乎自己的肌膚而做決定。

偶爾還是看心情，去旅行時，我好像早晚都會使用。

在我使用了洗臉機之後，皮膚明顯地有改善。
雖然說去美容院做facial，他們都會使用洗臉機。也不算是第一次使用。
但長期來說，效果還是蠻顯著的。

皮膚毛孔還是依然存在，但是摸起來，那個感覺。就是感覺。會比之前平滑。
第二，皮膚看起來比較亮，可能比較乾淨了吧
上保養品時，吸收也比較快。

我用了三個月後，有停了一陣子，沒有用得那麼頻密。現在換了新刷頭，應該會堅持常常用吧～

聽說過很久了，從前在sasa就注意過，但一直都沒有機會入手。不知道為什麼 嘻嘻

使用分享
刺激性蠻強的
有時候膚質不是很穩定時，建議不要用
因為敷在臉上會感覺刺痛。
不過我都可以忍受
因為有時臉部太久沒有做清潔，渾身不舒服

就是要來個大掃除。

厚敷15分鐘
千萬別等到太乾才清洗。
清洗完畢後，感覺會非常好
用個粉刺棒輕輕按，就會把粉刺擠出來。
這麼一來，就在廁所霸占個半小時吧。

擠了粉刺後，一定要濕敷。用清爽型的toner，收縮毛孔。

還蠻建議大家使用的，敏感肌除外。
因為CP值蠻高，容量大，價錢值得。而且效果還不賴。
建議一星期用一次就夠了。

很重薄荷味，感覺可以吃，看起來有點像綠茶with chocolate chips。

是豆類的味道，我自己聯想到的是raw馬鈴薯的味道。

好像嚐嚐味道（誤）

因為Lush主打的是天然材料和環保的概念，所以產品的壽命都很短。而且包裝上肯定會寫明！！

在美國第一次踏進他們的店時，也太好玩了吧！很多食材。。哈哈，感覺很天然，但味道很香很香。。天然的香味 （笑）

店員也超正超nice的 嘻嘻

其實第一次我買了Bath bomb來玩。超級無敵爽，但一顆不便宜。呵呵

使用心得

我用了5次以上了，一星期用2-3次。

我的用量蠻大方，敷蠻厚的。感覺敷的時候豆的顆粒都快掉下來

敷的時候涼涼地。好舒服，好適合夏天。我想我應該把面膜擺進冰箱會更爽吧！

很容易亁。

很容易清洗。（比較origins active charcoal泥娃娃面膜的話，origins的最難洗了）

清洗時我是加一點點清水，慢慢按摩，小顆粒去角質。顆粒看起來很大，可以磨起來很溫和。贊！

洗乾淨後，皮膚沒有敏感。粉刺也less visible了。我喜歡，不錯用！

感覺用了它會變白。。。

下次一定回購，但有點貴。

第一款近江兄弟社身體防曬乳液，在日本購入，打折品超便宜的，兌換起來不到馬幣十塊錢。
我還買了另一款紅色，只不過很快用完了。
看不明日文就憑感覺選購的，但這個包裝寫了Cool，很明顯的註明。大概就是塗了不會粘膩，而是清爽涼快？（笑）
事實上，質地也蠻乳液的。塗上去也和一般防曬乳沒異樣。不過就一陣涼涼地～～呵呵
我主要是擦兩支手臂。每天上班都穿長褲，所以需要防曬的是手而已。防曬效果，還好。至少沒變黑。

第二款BIORE的防曬，可用在臉和身體，很方便。
是我的回購品，第二支了～
清爽好聞不再說，比mousse這支水潤一點，是同一類的質地（用過biore這系列的防曬都知道那質地吧），更容易spread，而且更便宜。只不過感覺alcohol成分不低，塗完臉/身體也是一陣涼涼地。
不過我喜歡。只要打折，我都會囤。

Last but not least, sunplay的這支防曬霜。是意外買下的。
話說有天出遊，忘了帶臉部防曬，就到附近藥妝店隨便挑了一個最便宜的防曬（誤），其實想買biore的，可是沒貨。
之前沒留意過這一支防曬，試用後，還蠻ok的，就去付錢了。
先說清楚，這支防曬是cream type。和biore不一樣。就是cream，有點油？就一點點而已。我還接受得到。
塗上臉的分量不需要多，一多臉就會有點死白。因為是cream，推開沒有問題。只是稍微容易出油一些些。其實就是一點而已。問題不大。
ok的，只不過還是會回到biore身邊。

先說watery jelly（凝露）
它有spf30，可以用於身體和臉。
質地就是gel，帶一點橘子味。（其實和這款biore防曬很相似，不過這款酒精味太重）
我通常都用在手臂、頸項，偶爾在家不出門，也會往臉上抹防曬（笑）
這種質地很容易被吸收，吸收後皮膚都會涼涼地，好舒服。
還不錯好用！至少不會致痘
而且手臂也不再變黑，漸漸回到白皙的肌膚（偷笑）

它有spf50，適合用於臉而已。
質地比較難形容，也一樣帶橘子味。
我還蠻喜歡這防曬，因為很容易推開，推開之後，臉即刻feel到涼涼地！
我基本上每天都使用，OL其實也不需要這麼高防曬級數的吧？
不過真的很好用。
以前我都不用防曬，因為bb霜號稱一瓶包含sunblock+make up base+foundation
所以我也省略了防曬這步驟，後來看到很多美妝部落客美女底妝做足，用bb cream前也上會用防曬，所以我也有樣學樣！
其實，我覺得上bb cream之前用防曬真的比沒有用防曬好多了！感覺bb cream比較好推開，是防曬發揮了它的保濕效果嗎？
而且可以當隔離霜用，很不錯，又可省略一步驟（笑）



總結

對於防曬，我只能很表面的敘述它的質地、功能
至於使用結果，就比較難。
因為本人是一名OL，長時間待在辦公室，只有早上會曬到幾分鐘太陽，午餐時間走一段路曬到幾分鐘的太陽，之後就沒有了！
由於沒有暴晒，其實也不用這麼麻煩塗防曬的！
不過由於一直沒有塗防曬的習慣，手和臉的色號差很大（最受不了！）
所以我就先開始在身體防曬方面下手。

兩款比較起來

mousse確實比jelly清爽多了，所以我比較喜歡mousse！

搽臉部防曬我都會用卸妝乳來卸。
不懂是不是心理作用，我覺得用了防曬，皮膚好像有改善！
果然！！！
防曬對我們真的很重要，據說很多皮膚問題都是UV紫外線引起的。
所以一定要用防曬！！
