看回自己多年來的堅持，寫了這麼多篇文章

現在大家都喜歡看小紅書，其實和blog沒兩樣，怎麼blog你就沒落了

疫情剛爆發時，差不多一年多都在居家上班。

那時候養成的懶散，我大概一年早上都不抹任何保養品。當然這樣的情況下，皮膚也不會給你好看。疫情也過去了兩年，近大半年來開始頻頻護膚，開始花錢花心思。

最近皮膚有穩定一些，睡眠不足，下巴的痘痘還是會蠻常冒出來。

整理下最近的護膚程序。

還有洗臉我都會搭配Foreo Luna Play Plus使用。

最近一直看到cerave的水楊酸 氨基酸洗面奶，有些心動～可是我囤了一大堆Innisfree洗臉霜 綠茶火山岩還有橄欖。。

我的洗臉和面膜都偏向歐美牌子

其他的都是日式較多，innisfree也是便宜大碗的好選擇

起泡容易
好用，洗乾淨後不會乾澀，皮膚好好摸。

清潔力屬一般，但以價錢來說是超值的。

洗臉霜真的不需要太貴，因為很多開架洗臉霜都好用得不得了 :)

帶有一點點的荔枝味道（？）
最近要戒掉卸妝油，所以轉用卸妝液。這個算是開架的好選擇，除了biore cleansing essence之外。

幹臉使用，按摩全臉，加水，乳化（不怎麼好乳化），繼續按摩，清洗。

整體來說不會油膩，也不會幹，通常我會直接用洗臉霜做第二次清潔。
會再回購，因為便宜好用。和biore交替吧，哪個便宜就買哪個（笑）
